At Maison Vernell we work hard to ensure a clear smooth and reliable shipping experience for all customers. The information below outlines how orders are processed shipped and delivered.

Shipping destinations

Maison Vernell currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.                                                        
Order cut off time is 5 PM EST. Any order placed after the cut off time will be processed in the next business day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

Our estimated delivery windows match the standard timelines provided by our carrier partners USPS and UPS.

Handling Time: 1-3 Business days while we prepare and package your items

Transit Time: 6-10 Business days depending on your location and carrier activity

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7-13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays weather conditions customs inspections or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation And Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to forty eight hours to update after shipment.

If you do not see tracking updates after several days please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Maison Vernell is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If the error was made by Maison Vernell we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Lost Or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it please first check with neighbors household members or your local carrier office.

If your package cannot be located please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit we will provide a reshipment or a resolution based on your shipping method and carrier confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin processing immediately after being placed we are not able to cancel orders once they have entered the fulfillment stage.

Delivery Delays

Maison Vernell is not responsible for delays caused by weather carrier issues or situations beyond our control. Tracking updates may also be slower during peak seasons.
