Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, you may have up to 14 days to ship the item back, based on the instructions provided.

Shipping Method
All returns must be sent by mail only. In person returns are not accepted.
Return Eligibility And Condition
We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise received in error within the return window.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns for used products.
Whenever possible, items should be returned with original packaging, accessories, and included materials. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing essential components may be refused at our discretion.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all non defective or non error cases.
Return labels are the customer’s responsibility.
Maison Vernell does not provide prepaid return labels.
There is no restocking fee.
Defective Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will review the issue and provide instructions to resolve it.
Change Of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item due to ordering the wrong product, no longer wanting the item, or changing your mind, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.
How To Start A Return
To request a return, email info@maisonvernell.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive return authorization and mailing instructions.
Please package your item securely and ship it using a trackable mailing service.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
